FAQ

Where will you do our session?

A.I don’t work in a true studio setting, but come to you for your family portrait session. During a brief consultation, we can review what you are looking for and I'll provide a curated list for you to choose from. Outdoor session work well, especially when photographing little kids, because they have room to play, run, and be themselves. The exception is newborn portraits, which are usually done at your home.

What should we wear?

A.First and foremost, you should be comfortable! After our consultation, I will work on a style guide, with a few color palettes and clothing suggestions.

Do you do Posed or Candid Photos? Can we do both?

A.A mix of both. My visual storytelling style leans toward a candid, documentary approach. Your images are inclusive of lightly directed posed family photographs, where everyone is smiling and looking at the camera, are also treasured keepsakes.

Can we bring the family pet?

A.Pets are part of the family. When I provide possible locations, these areas will be noted.
