Capturing Memories

My work is rooted in a simple idea: the most beautiful images are the authentic ones. I create senior and family portraits with a refined, natural approach—guided when needed, but always allowing space for real connection and effortless moments to unfold.

Picking up a camera at twelve, launched me into film and darkroom work, evolving over the years from photographing weddings, growing families, milestones and those everyday moments worth remembering.

FAQ

What should I wear to my session?

A.During our consultation I will provide recommendations based on time of year and the Main Line or Jersey Shore location of your choice. Afterwards, I will send you a style guide featuring possible outfit combinations. My goal is a combination allowing a different look for each individual without them looking overly matching.

When should we book Senior Portraits-junior or senior year?

A.This is a very good question as it relates back to your Senior and their schedule. I would encourage booking them the summer before Senior Year. It's a good time for the light, the weather and flexibility in the case of needing to reschedule. With the beginning of Senior Year, there is a variety of commitments and time management. I make every effort to accommodate Seniors during this exciting time.

How far in advance should I book my session?

A.Senior and family sessions — especially during peak fall season — try to book 6 weeks ahead for ideal timing and date, allowing for rescheduling. Always feel free to reach out as time gets closer, my availability may be more limited. Personal Branding/Headshot sessions can usually be scheduled with less lead time.

How do you handle young children who don't love the camera?

A.With 18 years of capturing weddings, families and events, I have encountered many types of people. I'm also a mom to two boys, with opposite personalities. Part of my consultation process is understanding your family members' likes and dislikes. I try my best to form a casual bond during the session making everyone feel relaxed. I have conversational games for little ones to make them feel special and part of the process. The end result is getting my clients "out of the shell" and my images to capture who they really are.

Can I bring my pet to our session?

A.I love pets! Based on the location you choose, and if they allow it, I more than welcome your furry friend.

Do you travel to locations?

A.I travel within all five counties of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery , Bucks and Philadelphia. For beach sessions, I travel from as far north as Asbury Park and as far south as Cape May.

Do you have a studio?

A.I have a small in home studio that I use, but love the look of an outdoor setting for family photos and senior portraits.

What is your pricing?

A.My sessions begin at $325.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

A.Yes and at any sum you choose.

Can we do an outdoor session even with multiple generations / large groups?

A.I do these sessions and know they require more planning based on the size of your group.
