I've built a process for exactly that, taking care of every detail, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy. Here's what working together actually looks like, from our very first conversation to the moment you see your images.


The Consultation: Your Story Starts Here

Every successful session begins with a conversation — because this is your story, and I want to tell it well. My goal is an effortless experience. We'll talk about locations, guidance on styling, and most importantly, I get to know you. What you're hoping to feel when you look at these photos, and what makes your family uniquely themselves. We can do this over Zoom or a quick phone call, whatever works best for your schedule.


Location Scouting: Setting the Perfect Scene

Once I know your vision, I get to work finding the right backdrop to bring it to life. I don't leave this to chance. I scout locations in advance so that on session day, we're not wandering around hoping something works — we already know it will. Whether it's golden-hour light through the trees, an urban backdrop with character, or something more intimate, the location is chosen with your session in mind.

What you wear matters more than most people realize — and I'm here to take the guesswork out of it. I provide wardrobe recommendations tailored to your location, the season, and your personal style. The goal is for you to look like you — just the most polished, put-together version.

The final step is one of my favorites — your online gallery reveal. This is the moment you get to see your session through my eyes. I carefully curate the images and present them in a way that lets you truly experience them, not just scroll through a folder.
